Pratham is India's largest education NGO, dedicated to improving learning outcomes for underprivileged children across 21 states. Through its flagship ASER (Annual Status of Education Report) and Read India programs, it reaches over 1.2 million children annually using innovative, low-cost teaching methods. Pratham trains community volunteers and government teachers to deliver quality education at scale, making it one of the most impactful organisations for student volunteers in India.
